For sure, in any Second Medical Opinion session, translation and interpreter services are available at no cost. Medical Records from the patient are reviewed prior to the Telemedicine session, to check that everything is in order.
But, just if you have to Travel
In the case that treatment abroad is needed, all the case management tasks are included for free: medical appointments, booking of accommodation, booking of flights, transfer management, help with Visa, document translation, etc. Naturally, medical and Hospital fees, Hotel, flight and transfer fees, and interpreter cost are responsibility of the patient.

Notwithstanding, we have our own Travel Agency embedded in our company, and we manage a wide net of interpreters, so we can always get different options, and better rates for these services.
